EPC Nordex manufacture both detonator and booster sensitive emulsions at our manufacturing facility in Kirkland Lake, Ontario. Our packaged product line offers a range of products to give our customers the right product for their application. Our emulsions offer some of the highest measured velocities of detonation compared to other manufacturers.

EPC Nordex manufactures a range of bulk emulsions both sensitised and nonsensitised varying viscosities to meet the wide range of applications and needs of our clients. Not only are the properties like viscosity, velocity of detonation, density, and energy important when selecting the right emulsion, but the system that delivers the product is just as important.

Custom manufacturing bulk underground pumping units like our Scorpion loader, Underground bulk emulsion Totes, and mobile surface delivery units provide continuous and consistent delivery of the emulsion products to the borehole.

INTERACTIVE 3D MAPPING

EPC-Cardinal provides a collaborative approach to 3D mapping in the extractives industry, allowing for the optimisaton of the value chain. Raw data collected through the unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) flight, is collected and processed immediately within the EPC-Cardinal application, permitting instant access to fully interactive 3D mapping of the site.The platform allows for the evaluation of under utilised site monitoring data.
