Rotaract Europe Meetings & Conferences To aid international exchange we hold 2 weekend meetings, knowns as REMs, and 1 annual conference, known as EUCO. The meetings and events allow all Rotaractors from all over Europe to come together to exchance ideas and learn about other cultures.
