The following steps are to insure that your website is fully operational so it will: • Be interactive, easy and fun for internet consumers while they are using your website • A communication area between you and the internet prospects and your current clients • All contact information and a photo of you are available • Provide you with the wireless interaction to your website while on the road • Prepare your automated “campaigns”

1 In the USER manager tab you will be at the first of five (f) functions. These functions are important

and need your full review and ac-ceptance. Walk through the next couple of pages so as to edit, change or delete information. NOTE: Always make sure you select the “Submit Changes” for each area or your changes will not take affect. A. Account Access Settings: On

accessing this system for the first time you DO NOT have to change your password again. You already have p;rovided that on the first time login. However it is highly suggested to change your pass-word every six months.

B. Account Information: Com-plete your first and last name. You can add additional “text” for designations. Associate ID is REQUIRED. Email Set-tings: Primary email is the email address your leads and reply emails for your website will be using. Email 2 is for team member or assistant to get “copies” of leads. Phone Settings: The Primary number is the one that shows on your homepage. All other numbers will be shown on all emails and drip marketing cam-paigns. Use the pull down menu for list.

C. User Account: Should say “Sales Associate, website”

D. Agent MLS ID: MUST! Your MLS name will appear and your MLS ID (provided by your office administrator or website support manager) will need to be entered here. NOTE: if your listings are not showing on your website then your MLS ID is not correct. Contact your office adminis-trator or website support man-ager.

E. Specialties: If you are bi-lingual then you can choose up to five languages. This system does not provide multi-lingual websites. How-ever we will promote your abilities on the state website for consumers.

2 This area provides you with the functions to change your password, forward leads to others in your of-

fice and most important your regis-tration controls, or as it is called “The Electronic Lockbox”. A. Lead Settings: This shows the

time line for accepting leads. B. Lead Assignment Market Ar-

eas: Select your zip codes for your market. You can enter any combination. You can change your zip codes at any time.

C. Market Area Zip Code Report: A report of the zip codes in use, high use or zip codes with a opportunity for leads.

D. Opt Out of Leads: You can opt out for receiving company and office leads so that you will only receive leads on your list-ings and from your website.

E. Client Registration Options: Maximum Registration is the “lockbox” on all listings. Con-sumer is required to provide first and last name plus email Minimum Registration re-moves the “lockbox” from your entire website allowing con-sumers to search without any registration.

F. Forward Leads To Another Account: You can forward your leads to another agent or team member automatically.

G. Emails Notice of Client Activ-ity-Your Standard Setting: This is the “GLOBAL” tool for email notifications for all your clients.

H. Emails To and From Other Agents from Virtual Showings ONLY: Other agents can in-quire into your clients who have visited their sellers home and you can do the same. This is an on and off function. Please read carefully

3 The Instant Acceptance provides those sales profes-sionals who have cell phones and handheld de-

vices that can accept email to accept their leads while away from the of-fice. A. Instant Acceptance Email Ad-

dress: Place your email address for your cell phone or PDA/handheld device. Then select: SUBMIT

B. Test Instant Acceptance Email: After you have entered and submitted your email address above you can then test the function.

However, we recom-mend that you purchase your own domain name for personal branding purposes. Also, with-out a personal domain name, you do not have a mobile web-site. 1 The “Site Builder” provides you with the ability to change col-ors and layouts for

your website and customize pages within your website. It also gives you the tools for basic search engine optimiza-tion as well as reports for tracking visitors to your site. A. Themes & Header: Pro-

vides the tools to change the color theme.

B. Choose a Color Theme: Choose from several color themes.

C. Choose a Header: Select from one of the Company Header Images that are available for your chosen color theme. Or, choose to upload your own cus-tom header image. Make sure you read the instruc-tions and the size the cus-tomer header must be.

1 The “Search Con-trols” page provides agents with the ability to “localize” the start

search on their website for the consumers. It also allows you to turn on or off the addi-tional search tabs. A. Instructions: Please read

over the easy to follow instructions.

B. Use the Sliding Knob: Pulling up or down will zoom in or out on the map. You can use the little “cursor” hand and drag the map around to center it for your area. Zoom to the area you WANT your clients to start searching from.

C. Reset to Company Map Area: If you make any mistakes and want a quick “start over” select this but-ton.

D. Save My Search Map: Once you have your map centered and at the zoom level you want select this button.

E. Search Tabs: Allows you to show or hide which search tabs are featured on your agent website. Make these settings does not affect the leads you will be offered from the corporate/office websites.

The Site Builder tab controls all of your website’s customization tools. This section contains some of the most powerful tools available in your industry. The Site builder tools allow you the flexibility to edit the de-fault content or to completely customize your website. Move Page Objects from page to page, Change the template of your Featured Properties, Add Slogans and scrolling footers, one of a kind Search Engine Opti-mization tools and submit to search engines features, powerful website reporting tools and unique “return of investment” marketing source codes to track the value of your internet marketing locally or nationally.

Agent Intranet Top Tool Bar Descriptions

The “User” tab contains all the contact and user information for your website. Your website is ‘Database Driven”. This means that the information that you enter in the User section of your website is what displays on the website. It is essential that this information be kept up-to-date. In brief, if a prospective buyer/customer can’t find you, you run the risk of losing that prospective buyer/customer. You need to be sure your contact information is correct! This tab controls all of your Contact information, Password, Email Ad-dresses, Zip Code Marketing Area, Wireless Instant Acceptance, Agent MLS ID, Agent Photo, and Domain Name's) Management.

The Listing Manager is the driving force for adding site value. Even though the tools in this section may be perceived as only for Advanced (Power) Users, making an effort to learn these tools means you’ll be able to more effectively attract buyers and market your listings. Enhance your listings by adding photos, editing the remarks, or create manual listings or Demo listings as well as maintain a list of Sold Properties that will en-hance your profile. This is also where your Featured Property Controls reside. Included are Buyers Tours, Sellers reports, reports on internet traffic to any listings within our system, Listing reports, Every Homes has it’s own domain name feature, flyers and manual listings.
