Entering the Goals into the AR System – All Grades

1. Log into Renaissance Learning (star.bcschools.net)

asTeacher/Administrator2. Go to Accelerated Reader Section – Click on Class Record Books

3. Click on Reading Practice Goals4. You must decided how often you want to set new goals.

A. Click on: Set Marking Periods, you can choose to have your goals:1. Monthly• Every Trimester1. Every Marking Period

5. After you establish the time frame for goals you can enter each students goal into the system from your AR Goal Calculator Worksheet (3rd, 4th, 5th) or from the Conversion Chart (K, 1, 2)
