The Heat Pump Design area of the Easy RSS Renewable Design Suite includes state of the art functionality to ensure your Heat Pump Calculations are simple, straightforward and compliant.

Once you have inputted the consumer’s specific information includinglocation, property details and full project details, relevant location specific design conditions are then automatically generated for the project. Now you can use the Heat Pumps area of the Software Suite to complete your Heat Pump specific calculations.

The Heat Pump Designarea has been designedto comply with MIS 3005. The Heat Pump area allows you to complete Ground Loop Sizing, Noise Calculations and your running cost calculations. Alongside this, in the Heat Pump area

you can complete Renewable Heat Incentive Calculations and produce a Compliance Certificate for your project. For Air and Ground SourceHeat Pump sizing, full roomby room heat loss calculations are completed using the Heat Loss Calculations Section. Hot Water sizing can be completed in the Hot Water section of the software, a full record of all emitters is available in the Emitter Log, images of your project are stored in the Project Images Section and your project documents are available for download in the Project Documentation Section.

Now you can use the Biomass area of the Software Suite, to complete your Biomass specific calculations.

The Biomass Design area has been designed to comply with MIS 3004. The Biomass area allows you to complete Biomass Boiler Sizing, Biomass Fuel Calculations and Auxiliary Input Selection.

Alongside this you can complete Renewable Heat Incentive Calculations and Running Cost Calculations.

For Biomass boiler sizing, full room by room heat loss calculations are completed using the Heat Loss Calculations Section.

The Solar PV area of the Renewable Design Software Suite includes;

The Solar PV Design area within the Easy RSS Renewable Design Suite includes expert functions including Geolocation technology to ensure accurate, compliant results.

Once you have inputted the consumer’s specific information including location, property details and full project details etc. relevant relevant location specific design conditions are then automatically generated for the project. Now you can use the Solar PV area of the Software Suite to complete your Solar PV specific calculations. The Solar PV Design area has been designed to comply with MIS 3002 & The Guide to the Installation of Solar PV Systems. This area of the design suite provides fully compliant, intelligent design and sizing for Solar PV systems. The Solar PV area reducesyour calculation and designtime on all your Solar PVInstallations. Design times

can be reduced to a matter of minutes with the output being an MCS compliant calculation for yourcustomers.

One of the flagship featuresof the Solar area is the Interactive Horizon Chart. Simply upload the image taken from the customer’s property and you can quickly and easily apply full shade circle and shade segments with a few simple clicks. The Solar PV area allows you to select multiple PV Strings, complete Feed in Tariff calculations and Export Tariff calculations. Images of your project are stored in the Project Images Section and your project documents are available for download in the Project Documentation Section.


Solar Thermal

The Solar Thermal area of the Renewable Design Software Suite includes;

• SAP Region Identification

• Hot Water Sizing

• Panel Orientation

• Backup Heater Input



Once you have inputted the consumers specific information including location, property details, full project details etc. relevant location specific design conditions are then automatically generated for the project.

Now you can use the Solar Thermal area of the Software Suite, to complete your Solar Thermal specific calculations.

The Easy RSS Solar Thermal area has been expertly designed to comply with SAP 2012, MCS 024 and with the latest MIS 3001 standard. The Solar Thermal area provides calculations for the

specification of Solar Thermal systems.

The Solar Thermal area allows you to complete SAP region identification, Hot Water Sizing, Panel Orientation, Backup Heater Calculation, Running Cost Calculations and Renewable Heat Incentive Calculations.

Hot Water sizing can be completed in the Hot Water section of the software, images of your project are stored in the Project Images Section and your project documents are available for download in the Project Documentation Section.

The Solar Thermal Design area within the Easy RSS Renewable Design Suite provides secure, cloud based project management combined with compliant calculation elements for your Solar Thermal Projects.


Heat Loss

The Heat Loss area of the Renewable Design Software Suite includes;

• EN 12831 Room by Room Heat Loss

• Air Change Calculations

• U Value Selection

The Heat Loss Calculations area allows the completion of full room by room heat loss calculations in accordance with EN 12831.

The Heat loss Calculations area dramatically reduces the time taken on site to complete the calculations, and is in a simple, straightforward format with easy to use functions. Air Change Calculations can be completed and U Values for the various areas of the property are selected.

Compliant and accurate Heat Loss Calculations are vital for the sizing and selection of Renewable Heat Technologies including;

Emitter Log Hot Water Calculations

The Emitter Log area of the Renewable Design Software Suite includes;

• Multiple Emitter Types

• Occupancy Variations

The Emitter Log allows the recording of all emitter sizes and types in accordance with the Heat Emitter Guide.

The Hot Water Calculations area allows calculation of all the hot water requirements for the property based on the occupancy and requirements of your customer.

Multiple Emitter types are supported in the Emitter Log,allowing you flexibility on the installation. Variable FlowTemperatures can be selected to allow various options to bepresented to the customer, where additional running costsavings can be achieved and areas where Emitters may needto be changed, can be identified.

A Star Rating Selection is also a core function of the Emitterlog, allowing you to show your customer the different starratings and how they can be achieved. The Emitter Log isvital for accurate emitter sizing and selection for RenewableHeat Technologies including;
