Looking to host a bridal or baby shower, rehearsal dinner, cocktail party, anniversary party, elegant dinner or business meeting? Then the Martin House is the place for you!

Tours of the Darwin Martin House are available for private functions at a special group rate and can be arranged without taking the focus off your main event. In addition, we can help you select a unique gift for your guests from our Wisteria Shop. Tours and gifts add the final touch to your event and create an experience to remember.

ELEANOR AND WILSON GREATBATCH PAVILIONThe Eleanor and Wilson Greatbatch Pavilion has proven to be a spectacular venue for all types of social and professional gatherings. Be it a sit-down dinner for 100 or a cozy buffet dinner with food stations, the flexible space within the pavilion will accommodate whatever type of affair you can imagine. Invite your friends and neighbors for a wine and cheese sampling, recognize your dedicated employees for a job well done at a cocktail party or celebrate the holidays with a perfectly framed view of Wright’s magnificent architecture as the stunning backdrop. Your guests are sure to remember their time at the Martin House site.

The Greatbatch Pavilion is also the ideal location for a business meeting or conference. The Pavilion is available to rent seven days a week for evening events. It is also available on Tuesdays for daytime events and on Thursdays for daytime events during January-April.

BARTON HOUSEThe Barton House, built in 1903, is the perfect setting for an intimate dinner or a cozy cocktail party. Your guests are sure to remember the occasion inside this remarkable home designed by Frank Lloyd Wright and built for Darwin Martin’s sister and brother-in-law. During the summer months enjoy a glass of wine on the lovely veranda overlooking the pergola and conservatory of the Martin estate.

GARDENER’S COTTAGEThe Gardener’s Cottage was built in 1909 for the Martin family gardener and his family. They enjoyed living in this beautiful Frank Lloyd Wright designed house. The cottage is an idyllic spot for a small bridal or baby shower, lively cocktail party or a sparkling dinner. The doors of the great room open so your festivities can spill into the outdoor spaces of the property during warm-weather months.
