Southport on Lake Washington Office CampusThree, nine-story buildings consisting of 730,000 SF of Class "A" office space, featuring exible, large oor plates. Adjacent to Hyatt Regency Hotel and over 2,000 structured parking spaces with access from podium lobbies.

New six story building with 101 residential units and 4,000 SF of street front retail space. Cosmos Development is building Downtown's rst market-rate residential project since the Great Recession.

Group Health Campus12-acre campus with four buildings built in two phases. Phase I consists of two buildings totaling 240,000 SF for Group Health adminstration, lab, warehouse, and pharmacy fulllment (+/-1,000 employees).

CarMax RentonNew 20,000 SF showroom, office and service center within a 12-acre site for CarMax, the nation's largest retailer of used vehicles. The Renton CarMax will be the rst Puget Sound area store for the company.

IKEANew two-level, 406,000 SF replacement store that will feature an updated and enhanced shopping experience. The Renton IKEA is the company's only Washington State store.
