Southern Uprising featuring Travis Tritt, Montgomery Gentry, The Marshall Tucker Band and The Outlaws Thursday, August 17 Gates open at 6:30 p.m., concert at 8 p.m. Tickets: $45 through May 31, $55 starting June 1

Kick up your spurs and pull out your cowboy hat, because when it comes to hot Southern rock, it doesn’t get any bigger or better than Travis Tritt, Montgomery Gentry, The Marshall Tucker Band and The Outlaws.

Two-time Grammy winner Travis Tritt was born to be a rock star. His soulful voice started when he was just a boy singing in church with his band. Now Tritt packs in stadiums with screaming fans. If you’re looking for that classic country sound fused with bluegrass, soul and plenty of rock, look no further than Travis Tritt and his collection of hits like “Foolish Pride,” Help Me Hold On” and a whole bunch more.

Kentucky natives Eddie Montgomery and Troy Gentry have been knocking out hit after hit year after year. Just look at “If You Ever Stop Loving Me,” “Something to Be Proud Of” and “Lucky Man” for proof of their hit-making ability. The Grammy-nominated duo’s Southern rock sounds have been compared to Lynyrd Skynyrd and Charlie Daniels and their wailing guitars will leave everyone begging for more.

The Marshall Tucker Band started in 1972 and has been releasing album after album ever since. With five gold records, one platinum, hits like “Heard It in a Love Song” and “Can’t You See” and their unique blend of rock, R&B, jazz, country and gospel, The Marshall Tucker Band guarantees an incredible night of music.

Since 1972, The Outlaws have remained one of the most loved bands in Southern rock. Best known for their hits, “There Goes Another Love Song” and “Green Grass and High Tides,” as well as their cover of “(Ghost) Riders in the Sky,” The Outlaws know how to shred a guitar and blend country and rock into an unforgettable sound that needs to be heard live in concert.

Get the Led Out: The American Led Zeppelin Friday, August 25 Gates open at 6:30 p.m., concert at 8 p.m. Tickets: $5 through May 31, $15 starting June 1

Since 2015, Get the Led Out has been rocking audiences at RiverEdge Park. The songs you know and love will be played to perfection and as you remember them. From the first Led Zeppelin release to In Through the Out Door, their music is powerful, explosive, authentic and flat out amazing. With more than 6,000 fans coming out to the park last year for this band, RiverEdge expects yet another sell out. So get your tickets now for a musical experience you’ll never forget.

Get the Led Out is sponsored by Progressive Energy and Globe Management. The official radio station is 95.9 The River.
