Before You Start A Project• Scope of work

– More eyes on the project the better.– Involve the farm staff and other farm support areas.– Remove steel and sheeting. Know what you are

getting into.– Walk the attics.– Bid projects to more than one contractor.– Check different products and suppliers on materials.– Have suppliers and contractors walk farm with you.

• Ceiling inlets in the wrong spot– Had to take down– Replace ceiling– Re-set inlets

• Gestation stalls installed wrong– Put in upside down– Placement wrong over the trough

• Stainless steel trough– After taking stalls out trough coming up

• Gestation penning– To much gap floor to bottom of gate
