6.2 RESEARCH METHODOLOY

Research 9ethodolo&y is a systematical way to solve the research

scientifically.

The present study was undertaken to know the satisfaction of

6.2.1 Re#ea(&h De#ign

Research desi&n is an arran&ement of the conditions for collection

and analysis of data in a manner that aims to combine relevance to the research

purpose with the economy in procedure. The research problem havin& bein&

formulated in clear2cut terms helps the researcher to prepare a research desi&n.

The preparation of such a desi&n facilitates in conductin& it in as efficient manner

as possible. 4t is very important part of research methodolo&y. To &ain familiarity

9.2 CONCLUSION

-s we know that human resources are the bi&&est assets of any

or&anisation so relyin& upon this criterion we can say that their satisfaction

towards their /ob is very important% as if they are satisfied they will work to the

best of their ability which will contribute towards the profitability of the

or&anization and better productivity. e every or&anisation should always make

sure that their employees are sat <f employees are not satisfied with the

or&anisation then necessary steps should be taken to make them satisfied because

it will ultimately lead to improvement in their work which will then contribute

towards the success of or&anisation.

?rom the results of the survey% we found that more than #FQ of the

employees are satisfied with the company. There are certain areas which are very

&ood and employees are satisfied by those areas like work culture% work

environment% relationship of the employees with the mana&ement but in certain

areas the company needs improvement such a welfare facilities% trainin&

development pro&rams% salary structure% transport facilities and infrastructure etc.

Thou&h the mana&ement of Gerka is continuously takin& measures to

improve the satisfaction level of the employees but still the satisfaction level of

employees is not up to the mark so there is a scope of improvement in the policies

of the company.
