Felicitar a las autoridades de la Comisión Interamericana de Educación (CIE) y el Comité Ejecutivo de la CIE por su elección, e instarles a que continúen realizando aportaciones para lograr los objetivos establecidos en la Declaración de Paramaribo y de las anteriores reuniones ministeriales de educación en el ámbito del CIDI, especialmente en el esfuerzo por extender el acceso a las TIC en la educación y el fortalecimiento de la profesión docente, con apoyo de la Secretaría Técnica, a través de mecanismos de cooperación regional como la Red Interamericana de Formación Docente (ITEN).
