• On December 2019, the Goce Delčev University of Štip (Macedonian:Универзитет Гоце Делчев Штип, Univerzitet Goce Delchev Shtip) becamea new EUWEB’s partner;


• EUWEB Meeting at the Université Lumière Lyon 2, France 15-16 January2020. EUWEB announce the cooperation with the Université Lumière Lyon2, France;

• On February 2020, EUWEB strengthen institutional cooperation. ThePresident of the Supervisory Court of Salerno, Monica Amiranteaccepted our invitation to join the EUWEB Module’s activities.



Thanks to a bottom-up approach, we included some of thestudents participating in the EUWEB Module in our activities.

The Members of the Secretariat conducted the following activities:

➢ Pure basic research: research of documents, sources and judgements;

➢ Strategic basic research: selection of documents, sources and judgements in orderto undertaken to acquire new knowledge;

➢ Applied research: elaboration of original work undertaken primarily to acquirenew knowledge with a specific application in view;

➢ Experimental development: elaboration of systematic work, using existingknowledge gained from research or practical experience.



• In the Secretariat we promoted the Peer Education method that is adidactic methodology based on a process of transmission of knowledgeand experiences among the members of a peer group, within a plan thatforesees aims, times, ways, roles and well structured tools.

• Our activities have been recognized by the Council of the Salerno BarAssociation with the attribution of training credits.



Our training activities consisted of:

• Open Inaugural Conference, 2nd March 2020;

• 16 Lectures from March to June 2020;

• A “awareness” cultural initiative for Albanian students in collaborationwith PAMECA V, EURALIUS V, the Italian Superior School of theMagistracy, the Italian Agency for Development Cooperation and theAlbanian School of Magistrates, 30 April 2020;



• A Focus on the Fight against Corruption in the Reticular Legality: TheMultilevel Criminal System within the EUWEB Module Section "EU-Western Balkans Cooperation in Judicial and Police Matters CorruptionCrimes and Cooperation between Police and Judicial Authorities atInternational, European and National Level”, 8 May 2020;

• Initiatives in cooperation with the Jean Monnet Module “Solidarity inthe EU Law SoEULaw”,12 June 2020;

• Open Final Conference, 23 June 2020

3.1 Elaboration of papers, Selections and Discussion

The best papers, selected by the Commission including the Module’sTeaching Staff Members, have been discussed during the Final Conference of23 June 2020.


3.1 Elaboration of papers, Selections and Discussion

3.1.1 Recognition of ECTS

• Foreign students, who participated to the Module and presented a final paper,subject to evaluation by the Module’s Teaching Staff Members, have beenrecognized the number of 6 (six) ECTs;

• Students of the Department of Legal Sciences of the University of Salerno, whoparticipated in the Module and submit a final paper have been recognized from 2(two) to 6 (six) ECTs as required for the performance of "other activities" pursuantto Article 10, Paragraph 5 - Letter a) of the Ministerial Decree No. 270/2004;

• The number of ECTs has been decided by the Commission composed of theModule’s Teaching Staff Members on the basis of the students’ participation in thelectures (at least 70%) and substantial assessment of the submitted paper.

3.2.1 Special Issue «Essays on EU-Western Balkans Cooperationon Justice and Home Affairs»

• a Special Issue of the ILLYRIUS - International ScientificReview, ISSN 2225-2894, dedicated to the Jean MonnetModule “EU-Western Balkans Cooperation on Justice andHome Affairs” (EUWEB), July 2020.

• The Special Issue will elucidate the results of the first editionof the EUWEB Module with the participation of several ourspeakers.

• Printed scientific publication that collects the works of the Lectures heldon 8 May 2020 on the Fight against Corruption.
