Our monthly meeting was held on December 8, 2012 at the home of Westin, Harlan, and Mari-

na Blake. We also had our annual Christmas party.

We had a pot luck dinner with lots of food and desserts, even ice cream. We then had our Se-

cret Santa gift exchange. After we opened our gifts we had to guess who we thought bought us

our gift. Our club leader Ms. Sue then gave us each a gift. I love my Pandora bracelet and my

brother got a camouflage bag. She also bought each of us a movie and a bag of popcorn so

sometime during the Christmas break we can do a family activity together.

We then did an ornament game. We each had to bring an ornament wrapped and we stood in a

huge circle. Ms. Sue read the story Twas the Night Before Christmas with the words “left and

right” in the story. We would have to pass the ornament left or right and when the story ended

whatever ornament you had was yours to keep. It was a lot of fun.

We ended our club meeting and party with a toast of sparkling apple cider with cheers for all

the fun things we accomplished this year and hoping for lots of new fun things next year.
