BDO continues to observe in class and practice
Prepare training materials for UL products ( whole life Universal life insurance and Term Universal life)
Conditions to learn UL : agents must fully meet the following conditions such as:
- At least 6 month experience of insurance agency activities, or at least 2 year working experience of financial, banking, insurance area, or graduated from college of finance, banking, insurance.
- Must not violate agency practicing ethics during their active period
- Insurance agents must be professional trained at least 24 hours about UL and obtain certificates of training insurance.
- Insurance company shall have to bear the responsibility that is caused by agents.
SUPPORT FOR AGENCY IN DNAI
• The training department continues to open RSS and DSS course for agency in Dong Nai office
• Help junior BDOs: – Fulfill their routine job easily through
guidelines as well as – Satisfy the need of agency
• How to run CIW, OPP, conduct PFC…etc.
