Headteacher, Deputy Head and SecretaryWhat do they do?
The Headteacher is responsible for everything that happens within the school or to do with it.
The Deputy Head is responsible for the academic side, timetables discipline etc..
The Secretary is responsible for the administrative and ecconomic running of the school.
TOGETHER THEY MAKE A TEAM.

Made up from all the teachers in the school.Responsible for the learning process and allthe academic side of the school. They are
alsorepresented on the School Council.

The following make up the council:
The Headteacher, Deputy Head and School Secretary.
Five Parent representatives. Five Teacher representatives. One Student representative. One Member of the School Administrative
staff or maintenance staff. One Local Government representative.

There is a law governing the duties of a School Council.
To approve or revise all the school’s official documents such as The Yearly Plan, The RRI,all financial matters, any maintenance projects etc..
Take all the important decisions relavent to the running of the school.
DUTIES OF THE SCHOOL COUNCIL

PUPILS Boys and girls who attend the school. They have rights and also rules to follow. They elect a student to represent them from
the 5th and 6th Juniors. In the School Council they have rights to
speak but not to vote.
