TUGCO submits this report on discovery during the month of
August, 1979. '.
During the month of August, TUGCO's principal discoveryi
activity was participation in depositions as more particularly
described in the reports of Houston Lighting & Power Company.cnd
of the Department of Justice.
At the end of the month, TUGCO received a further request
of Central and South West Corporation, et al for oroduction of
documents which was addressed also to Houston Lighting & Power
Company. TUGCO is preparing a response insofar as the request
applies to it which will be submitted separately from anyj. . . .
