AFFIDAVIT OF WITNESS

I, Wayne T. Viernes, of legal age, Filipino citizen, single and with present address at 1142-B Eloisa St., Sampaloc, Manila of after having sworn in accordance with law, do hereby depose and avers THAT:

1. I am working as a paralegal of Atty. Kristoffer Bryan L. Salom for two (2) years preparing pleadings and I also accompanied him during trials in court;

2. On the month of August 2014, my co-paralegal named Mark Angelo B. Castillo has introduced to Atty. Salom a prospect client. While he is discussing with us, he declared that one of the directors therein is his own brother and that he is asking for a retained lawyer;

3. I also witnessed when Atty. Salom visited the office of one Eleazard Castillo to discuss the offer. The following day of the meeting, we were tasked by Atty. Salom to review contracts of the company named Global Medra Resources, Inc.;

4. We accompanied Atty. Salom also in every Board meetings of the Company and that we are also directed by him to prepare for the minutes of the meeting;

I executed this affidavit to attest the truthfulness of the foregoing facts and to support the filing of counter-affidavit before the Office of the Provincial Prosecutor of Benguet.
