I. Terms used in this instruction shall have I. Izrazi upotrebljeni u ovom uputstvuthe following meanings: imaju sledece znacenje:

1.5. Numri i certifikates se regjistrimit(Numri i CRP-se) - eshte nje numer i caktuarnga sistemi i Regjistrit per secilen CRP;

1.6. Numri i rezultatit te kerkimit- eshtenumn i gjeneruar nga SRP-ja per secilinRezultat te kerkimit te SRP-se;

1.1.The Law - Law means Nr.04/L-I36Pledge Registration In the Register ofMovable Property;

1.2.Database - means the database createdand operated by the Pledge Registrypursuant to the Law;

1.3. Pledge Registry System (PRS) - thePledge Registry System which IS thecomputer system of the Pledge Registryestablished under Law;

I .4.Pledge Registry Certificate (PRC) -an electronic document issued by the PRSin the form of Confirmation of Registrationor Search Result;

1.5. Pledge Registry Certificate Number(PRCNumber) - is a number assigned bythe Registry system for each PRC;

I .6.Search Result Number - is the numbergenerated by the PRS for each search resultprovided by the PRS;

1.4. Sertifikat registria zaloge (SRZ) -jedan elektronski overen dokument izdatod SRZ u formi potvrdivanja registracijeiIi rezuJtata ispitivanja;

1.5. Broj sertifikata 0 registraciji (brojCRP) - je broj dodeJjen od strane sistemaregistra za svaku CRP;

1.6. Broj rezultata istrafivanje - je brojkoji se generise od SRZ za svakiRezultat Pretrazivanjaje u SRZ;

1.7. Identifikimi- numri personal I

leternjoftimit te personave fizik, numri iregjistrimit te biznesit i leshuar nga ARBKper personat juridik si dhe per mallrat menumer serik, njezet e pese (25) karakteret efundit alfa-numerike te numrit serik papikesim, viza lidhese, ndarese apo shenjatjera, te shenuara ose te vendosura nga ana eprodhuesit;

1.8. Llogaria e perdoruesit - abonimelektronik i ofruar nga SRP i cili ofron qasjene sherbimet e Regjistrit te Rengut;

1.9. Taksat - pagesat e vendosura persherbimet e kryera per Sektorin e Pengutsipas ketij Udhezimi Administrativ;

1.10. Ekstrakt nga kompjuteri - imazh iprodhuar ne menyre elektronike nga SRP qeperdoret me qellim te lehtesimit tetransferimit te te dhenave ne Regjistrin ePengut ose per shikimin e te dhenave qeekzistojne ne Regjistrin e Pengut;

1.11. Regjistri i pengut- regjistri elektronikku evidentohen dhe ruhen te gjitha te dhenatper sendet e luajtshme;

1.7.Identifier - in the case of physicalperson, the personal identification numberthat appear on the official identificationcard of the person; in the case of legalperson, the business identification numberissued by the KBRA; in the case of SerialNumber Property, the last 25 alpha­numeric characters of the serial numberwithout punctuation, hyphens or othermarkings, permanently marked or attachedto the body of the Serial Number Propertyby the manufacturer;

1.8 User Account - a digital subscriptionprovided by the PRS that provides accessto the Pledge Registry services;

1.9.Fees- means fees for services of thePledge Registry as provided in thisAdministrative Direction;

1.10. Printout - an electronicallyreproduced image by the PRS that is usedfor the purpose of facilitating the transferof data to the Pledge Registry or forviewing data that exist In the PledgeRegistry;

1.11.Pledge Registry - the electronicregistry where data on movable property isrecorded and maintained;

1.10. Izvod iz kompjutera - jedanpregled proizvcden elektronskim putemod SRZ koji se koristi u ciIju olaksavanjatransferisanja podataka u Registru ZalogeiIi za pregled podataka koje postoje uRegistru Zaloge;

1.7. Identifikacija- licni broj licne kartefizickih Iica, broj registra poslovanjaizdatog od KARP-a za pravna Iica kao iza robe pod serijskim brojem, dvadeset ipet (25) poslednjih alfa-numerickihkaraktera bez interpunkcije, veznih linija,odvojenih linija iIi drugih oznaka,oznacenih iii postavijenih od straneproizvodaca;

1.8. Korisnieki raeun - jednaelektronska pretplata data od SRZ kojapruza pristup uslugama Registra Zaloge;

1.9.Takse - naknade za usluge koje pruzaSektor Zaloge ovirn AdminstrativnomUputstva;

1.11. Registracija zaloge - elektronskiregistar gde se evidentiraju i cuvaju svipodaci za pokretne stvari ;

1.12. Regjistrimi - regjistrimi i te dhenavete transferuara ne Regjistrin e Pen gut permesSRP, si regjistrim 1 nose si ndryshim I

ndonje regjistrimi;

1.13. Numri i Regjistrimit - eshte numri igjeneruar nga SRP-ja per secilin regjistrim teregjistruar ne databazen e SRP-se;

1.14. Pronari i Llogarise Perdoruese -personi ne emer te te cilit eshte e regjistruarllogaria e perdoruesit;

1.15. Pengmarresi - personin i cili shfaqetne regjistrim si pengmarres;

1.16. Pengdhenesi- personm 1 cili eshteregjistruar si pengdhenes;

1.17. Sherbimet e Vecanta- perfshijnesherbimin e Regjistrimit ne Grumbull dhesherbimin Arkiva ime ;

1.IS.Regjistrimi ne Grumbull - I lejonperdoruesit te bej regjistrimin e nje grup tedraft regjistrimeve ne Regjistrin e Pengut;

1.19. Arkiva ime - I lejon perdoruesit tiqasen certifikatave te tyre te leshuara nga

1.12.Registration - registration by thetransfer of data to the Pledge Registrythrough the use of the PRS either as anoriginal registration or an amendment to aregistration

1.13. Registration Number - is thenumber generated by the PRS for eachregistration recorded in the PRS database;

1.14. User Account Owner -the personunder whose name the User Account isregistered;

1.15. Pledgor - means a person whoappears on a registration as a pledgor;

1.16. Pledgee - means a person whoappears on a registration as a pledgee;

1.17.Special Services - special servicesincludes Bulk Registrations and MyArchive services;

I.IS. Bulk Registration- allow user toregister group of draft registrations into thePledge Registry;

1.19.My Archive allow users to accesstheir own Certificates issued by the Pledge

1.17.Posebne Usluge - Sadrze uslugu zaGrupnu Registraciju I uslugu MojaArhiva;

1.12. Registracija - registracija podatakaprenetih u Registru zaloga preko SRZ,kao nova registracija iii kao izmena nekeregistracije;.

1.13. Broj registracije - broj kojigenerise SRZ za svaku registracijuregistrovanu u bazi podataka SRZ;

1.14. Vlasnik Korisnickog Raeuna- liceu cije je ime registrovan korisnicki racun;

1.15. Zalogoprimac - znaci lice koje sepojavljuje u registraciju kaozalogoprimac;

1.16. Zalogodavac, je lice koje jeregistrovano kao zalozni duznik;

1.IS.Grupna Registracija - dozvoljavakorisniku da registruje jedan grupandraft registracije u Registar Zaloge;

1.19.Moja Arhiva- dozvoljava korisnikuda pristupi u sopstvene certifikate izdate

Neni3Sektori i Regjistrit te Pengut

1. Sektori 1 Regjistrit te Pengut pranonregjistrime cdo dite pune nga ora 08:00 deri ne17:00, me perjashtim te vikendeve dhe festavezyrtare. Kerkimet jane te mundshme per cdodite, 24 ore duke pershire vikendet si dhe festatzyrtare.

Neni 4Llogaria e Perdoruesit e caktur nga SRP

Registry;

1.20. Public Search Service(PSS) - is asearch service provided by account ownersto any person who requests such service;

1.21. Public search service fee - is a feecharged for public search service.

Article 3The Pledge Registry Sector

1. The Pledge Registry Sector acceptsregistrations between 08:00 to 17:00 dailyexcept in the weekend and holidays. Searchesare available 24 hours a day includingweekend and holidays.

Article 4User Accounts assigned by the PRS

Clan 3Sektor Registra Zaloge

I.Sektor Registra Zaloge prihvataregistraciju svakog radnog dana od 08:00do 17:00 casova, osim vikend i zvanicnihpraznika. Pretrazivanje je moguce svakogdana, 24 satova uklujuci vikend 1zvanicnih praznika .

Clan 4Korisnicki Raeun odreden od SRZ

2.2.Noteret -te licencuar nga institucionipergjegjes per te zbatuar ligjin brendaterritorit te Republikes se Kosoves;

2.3.1nstitucionet bankare- te licencuara ngainstitucioni pergjegjes per te ushtruarveprimtari bankare brenda territorit teKosoves;

2.4.Kompanite e Iizingut - te licencuara ngainstitucioni pergjegjes per te ushtruarveprimtarin e kornpanise lizing brendaterritorit te Kosoves;

2.5.0rganizatat mikro financiare- telicencuara nga institucioni pergjegjes per teushtruar veprimtarin e OMF-e brenda

2.I.Lawyer - lincensed to practice law byKosovo authorities within the territory ofKosovo;

2.2.Notaries licensed to practice by theresponsibility institutions within theterritory ofKosovo;

2.3 .Banking institutions - licensed byresponsibility institutions to practice asbanks within the territory of Kosovo;

2.4. Leasing companies - lincesed by theresponsibility institutions to practice asleasing companies within the territory ofKosovo;

2.5. Micro finance organizations -lincesed by the responsibility institutionsto practice as MFO within the territory of

2. Nje person i cili paraqitet si nje pengmarresne nje regjistrim te bere nga nje pronar Ilogariete perdoruesit, i cili eshte nje person tjeter iautorizuar, mund t'i jap pronarit te llogarise seperdoruesit te drejte per te regjistruar,ndryshuar ose te anuloje regjistrimin e tille,

Neni6Depozitat ne Llogarite e Perdoruesve

Article 5User Account Owner

1.The User Account Owner is deemed to havefull authority to register amend or delete aregistration effected through the use of hisUser Account including a registration Inwhich the User Account Owner and one ormore other persons are identified as pledgees.

2.A person who appears as a pledgee on aregistration effected by a User AccountOwner who is another person, is deemed togrant full authority to the User AccountOwner to register amend or cancel suchregistration.

Article 6Deposits in User Accounts

Clan 7Zahtevi za Registraciju i Promene

Registracije

2. Pronari I Llogarise se Perdoruesit mbanpergjegjesi te plote per cdo gabim, permosveprim apo gabim gjate dorezimit teinformacionit ne bazen e te dhenave teRegjistrit te Pengut permes perdorimit tellogarise se tij perdoruese, si dhe per cfaredokeqperdorimi te llogarise se tij.

Article 8Liability for Information in the Pledge

Sector Database

1. The Pledge Sector is not responsible forany information submitted to the PledgeRegistry database through the use of UserAccounts and is not allowed to verify anysuch information.

2. The User Account Owner bears fullresponsibility for any mistake, omission orerror in submitting information to the PledgeRegistry database through the use of his UserAccount as well as for any misuse of his UserAccount.
