Money Doesn’t Matter – The Perception Does
SAVE YOUR MONEY
Have been living here since February of this year really enjoy living here very quiet place and the staff here are very Wonderful and caring. I wouldn't need motivation if I truly believed
they had an amazing community I'd want people I care about to benefit as well
While referral bonus' are wonderful, if I find a great place to live I would tell someone looking for an apartments regardless of any benefit to me.
Yes indeed especially if management was friendly, professional and maintenance requests were handled within reasonable time span. I would definitely refer a friend if the community proved to be safe.
PAYING FOR REFERRALS
This place is AWFUL! The it's out dated and people in the leasing office are not helpful. Takes forever to get anything fixed and men are always hanging around or outside the apartment at all times.
You should get something in return for getting them a renter other than a rent increase
People deserve something for bringing business to YOU!!!
