Request for connection and notification of the location of gas branch in property/premises.

1. The gas will be used in the dwellings for general cooking, hot water and heating purposes, and forother commercial or domestic appliances, for which reason, each of the owners of the dwellings orcommercial premises of the property, who want the supply, must enter into the relevant contract.

2. The Distributor shall execute the connection works to provide the requested supply. The completionof the works will be conditional upon the necessary permits and authorisations being available andthe property’s receiving installations being complete. The Distributor must be notified of this lattercircumstance at least thirty days’ prior to the completion of the same.

3. The requesting party will be responsible for obtaining the authorisation from the owner of theproperty or the agreement of the Homeowners Association, where applicable.

4. The executed connection/s, including the connection valve/s, remain the property of The Distributor,it being possible to splice new branches or connections to the pipeline that has been created, as longas the supply to the users is guaranteed.

5. The common and individual installations from the connection valve/s of the buildings will be built asper the instructions, standards and regulations in force for each authorised installation company, dulycontracted by the Requesting Party and/or users.

The receiving installations will be completed before the ………………………, of which the applicantwill immediately notify The Distributor.

7. 8. The financial conditions established in the previous point are valid until the date established in pointno. 5. If, on the specified date, The Distributor has not received the notification provided for in saidpoint 5, or the supply of appliances expressed in this request has been modified, the latter will becancelled and a new request must be signed, which incorporates the differences in cost resultingfrom the passage of time and any other factors that may have an impact in the revision of thefinancial cooperation established in the previous point.
