Request for Proposal (RFP) for IT Infrastructure Refresh (LAN, DS-Proxy, SSL-VPN) -

Supply, Installation, Integration, Maintenance and Facilities Management at Reserve Bank of India

Reserve Bank of India desires to refresh IT Infrastructure comprising procurement of following seven components that constitute the ‘overall solution’ at Reserve Bank of India (RBI).

i. Compatible LAN Core, Access switches and passive components ii. Centralised Management solution to manage above Network Switches from

centralised location (DC-DR) – Software Defined(SD) LAN as indicated by RBI iii. Network Access Control (NAC) solution with DC-DR iv. Secured Web Gateway (SWG) with Anti Malware Protection (AMP). v. Clientless SSL VPN (DC-DR) for users accessing RBI network over the internet. vi. Commodity servers with Red Hat VM licenses for installation/migration and

configuration of additional domain controller, End Point Patch Management solution, Anti-Virus GUP, Access Control Management system, Secure Web Gateway solution etc.

vii. Post implementation and Acceptance of the Solution Integrated Administration, Maintenance, Facilities Management and Reporting Service by the OEM

For the above ‘overall solution’ project, the Bank invites bids for appointment of Vendors through e-tendering route. This RFP is not following the Reverse Auction route. The "Request for Proposal" (RFP) for the project is hosted on MSTC Limited website. Steps to be performed by the bidder

a. Bidder needs to register themselves on the MSTC website (www.mstcecommerce.com/eprochome/rbi/). Vendor registration manual is present on MSTC website. Bidder needs to have valid Digital Certificate with signing and encryption rights. The bidders are requested to ensure that they have the same, well in advance and if any assistance is required for the purpose, bidder can contact MSTC e-Procurement team directly (Ms. Archana, Assistant Manager, MSTC, +91-9990673698/022-22872011).

b. Post successful registration, Bidder can access the RFP document and related annexures.

c. Bidder can upload their respective technical and commercial bids on the above mentioned MSTC portal. It is to be noted that Bidders will be able to view and access their own bids only.

d. The last date for submission of bids is June 29, 2018 at 1500 hrs. on the MSTC website.
