City Council reviews and approves the application
Business Loan Fund Committee meets and approves or rejects
the application
City Manager signs the application upon Council

Applicant may apply for a building permit
THE PROCESS GENERAL Who is eligible? Homeowners and contractors. How much is the incentive? $10,000. Any requirements on the home? It must be a single family home and owner occu-pied. It must be new construction and over 1,600 square feet of living space in size, or 1,350 square feet if it has a two-car garage and two bath-rooms.
When must the project be completed? Within 24 months of the application approval.
Where can the home be located? The home must be in the city limits of Ontario or annexed into the city.
