video• Video is a recording or manipulation of moving images. This is used

on TV and the internet for leisure, entertainment, training and for marketing.

• Video is used in leisure and entertainment for multiple things such as TV programs and films weather they are animated or filmed. Video is also used to record a special moment on a video camera to replay at a later date. A form of video in leisure is virtual realty such as games for entertainment.

• Video is also used in training and education to motivate people and to show them what to do weather it be a training video or a factual video.

• Video is used in marketing to sell the product on TV and the internet. This is done to make the product look amazing to make the public want that product. This is more affective than a still image as it is more eye-catching and visually interesting.

audio

• Audio is an acoustic sound within range of the human hearing. Audio is used in leisure, entertaining, training and marketing.

• Audio is used in leisure and entertainment as music to listen to.

• Audio is used in training as music. Some athletes listen to music before certain sports to calm there nerves or pick them up, for example some divers listen to classical music before a performance or competition.

• Audio is used in marketing to get the product into peoples heads for example some businesses may do this by advertising with a catchy theme tune.

• A still image is a 2D static image.• A still image is used in marketing to sell

products and places, this is used in things such as; brochures, posters, flyers, the internet and billboards. By using different angles they can make the product/ place to be very appealing to the targeted audience such as Still images used in marketing for holidays.

• Animation starts with independent images and puts them together to give the illusion of a continuous motion.

• Animation is also used in the education for young children for example if teachers have a young audience and are trying to teach something such as punctuation the might show the children a cartoon and example of this is The magic key.

• Animation is used as entertainment in T.V. for cartoons for children.

• Animation is used in advertising for different products to make the product look amazing and sell to a certain audience for example animation might appeal to children more than adults.

simulations• Simulation is the process of imitating a real

phenomenon with a set of mathematical formulas.

• Simulations can be used in education for certain jobs such as; pilots, military and the marines. Simulation is used in education to give the user experience without any real danger coming to them and the surrounding people.

• Simulation is use in leisure for games such as sims.
