SIVA – The Industrial Development Corporation of Norway.
Aims to develop strong regional and local industrial clusters

networks as well as innovation centers.
The Research Council of Norway (NRC) is the official body for the
development and implementation of national research strategies.
NRC is responsible for awarding grants for research as well as
promoting research and science
Innovation Norway is the Norwegian Government's instrument
