SAUVIGNON BLANC Leyda Estate

This Sauvignon Blanc comes from vineyards located near the Pacific Ocean. The coastal terroir endows the wine with an aromatic complexity characterized by notes of flowers, minerals and fruit like grapefruit and peach. Its balanced natural acidity makes this wine an ideal pairing for seafood, cebiche and fresh goat cheese salads.

CHARDONNAY Leyda Estate This Chardonnay Leyda Estate is a great exponent of the granitic soils and moderate weather of this coastal valley. The lack of malolactic fermentation and the 6 months spent with its lees in French oak barrels develop a perfect balance between fruity aromas and minerality in the mouth. The wine features tropical notes of custard apple and papaya, combined with touches of hazelnuts. Ideal to pair with pasta with creamy sauces and fishes such as seabass or salmon.

PINOT NOIR Leyda Estate This Pinot Noir Leyda Estate comes from vineyards situated in small slopes in the Coastal Mountains. Its proximity to the Pacific Ocean allows to obtain a fresh wine with a wider and greasy mouth. 25% of the blend is fermented in open vats and the rest in stainless steel tanks. The wine features intense aromas of cherries and wild strawberries. Ideal to pair with sushi and soft cheeses like brie.

CABERNET SAUVIGNON Colchagua Estate This Cabernet Sauvignon is made primarily from the old vines of our Miraflores Estate. The blend spends 8 months in French oak barrels and is bottled one year later. Enriched by aromas of red fruits, blackcurrants and subtle notes of cedar, this wine showcases the classic structure of this variety with firm, ripe tannins. An ideal pairing for red meat or pasta like pappardelle alla bolognese.

CARMENÈRE Cachapoal Estate This Carmenère is sourced from La Rinconada Estate. The blend spends 8 months in French and American oak barrels and is bottled one year later. The wine shows well balanced aromas of red fruit like ripe cherries and white pepper. In the mouth, its elegant and mouth-filling structure is nicely complemented by silky tannins that make it ideal to pair with curry-based meals.

MERLOT Colchagua Estate This Merlot comes from Los Lingues and Miraflores Estates located on the Andean foothills. The combination of deep rocky soil and warm, dry climate cooled by mountain breezes makes this spot ideal for the production of a ripe type of Merlot. The alluring nose combines spicy notes of cinnamon and tobacco with red fruit aromas. This medium-bodied wine features soft tannins and a fresh finish. An ideal pairing for white meats, Gouda and Edam cheese or ragouts.
