Cancellation PolicySkin has a 24 hour cancellation policy. A $50 service fee will be charged for missed appointments not cancelled or rescheduled 24 hours in advance.

Return PolicyIn the event that a client is not satisfied with a skin care product, it can be returned within 30 days of purchase with documentation.

Service packages and pre-paid treatments are not subject to refunds. If a client is not satisfied with an un-rendered, pre-paid service, the remaining balance can be used towards other services at Skin.

Privacy PolicySkin and take privacy seriously. We ensure that the staff will not discuss client treatments with any other clients.

GratuitiesSkin is a medical facility, and gratuities are not customary. The best gratuity we can receive is your repeat business and referrals.

CHEMICAL PEELSExfoliate skin and leave a refreshed, glowing appearance. Ranging from mild to deep, chemical peels can improve sun damage, acne, fine lines, wrinkles, pore size and texture.

Glycolic$40 – $90Exfoliate without scrubbing to reveal brighter skin. A light glycolic peel can be done almost every week and is a great add-on to facials.

TCA$250-$750 (performed by MD or PA)Trichloroacetic Acid. TCA peels range from mild to deep and target skin tone and texture. Deep peels can substantially improve facial wrinkling. Down time from social occasions is approximately 1 week for deeper peels.
