THE PEAKSRed Tusk and Ossa are our newest residences and are conveniently located close to upper campus. The Peaks are ‘suite-style’ (i.e. two single occupancy bedrooms with a shared washroom) residences. Each bedroom is furnished with a bed, a desk, a set of drawers, a closet with built-in storage, and a sink. The Peaks are a good option for students who desire personal space while being a part of a vibrant community.

BUILDING FEATURESCommunity spaces in the Peaks include; 1 or 2 common kitchens per floor, study lounges, a laundry room, yoga and dance studios in Ossa, arts and music recording studios in Red Tusk, and bike storage rooms on the ground level of each building.

THE VILLAGESNorth and South Village are our apartment style residences, and are just across the road from the Peaks.

Most apartments consists of two double occupancy bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a kitchenette/living space. The apartments are fully furnished with single beds, bedside tables, desks, a sofa, a coffee table, chairs, and a dining table.

The Villages are a good option for students who feel comfortable sharing personal space, and living in a large community.

BUILDING FEATURESEach of the Villages also include a common kitchen, a laundry room, garage parking, and outdoor patios.
