to reside in the Republic of Latvia and travel to another EUcountries for 5 years without visas.

How to acquire a temporary residence permit? One of the ways to acquire a temporary residence permit is

purchasing real estate in Riga with the total value of thetransactions not less than 100,000 Lats (around EUR 143 000).

What are the documents to be submitted to receive atemporary residence permit?

- Sale and purchase agreement and Land register in the name ofthe applicant for a temporary residence permit

- Filled application form for a residence permit request- Certificate of no criminal record- A document confirming the necessary subsistence- A document confirming the state duty payment.
