Continuity of care A Clinical Leader, who is a senior Registered Nurse, will coordinate and closely supervise the care you receive from our experienced teams. You, or your family representative, can approach your Clinical Leader at any time with questions you may have about your health and wellbeing. Dementia support that works Our award-winning Dementia Excellence Program enables you to live with meaning and purpose. We use a personalised approach including music, dance and pet therapy to help support your comfort and quality of life. We

Family partnerships We welcome the involvement of loved ones. Family members can choose to play an active role in your care by becoming Family Partnership Volunteers.
