Revised Dec 2019 Residential Parking and Sidewalk Crossing Permit The Regina Zoning Bylaw No. 2019 provides regulations for the number and location of off-street residential parking. Vehicles parked on a residential property shall only be parked in approved parking stalls or on an approved driveway leading up to a garage, carport or legal parking pad located on site. Where the property backs onto a lane, vehicle access to the required parking stall must be from the lane. Approved parking spaces include: An attached garage with access from the front yard; or A detached garage, a carport or a parking pad located in the side or rear yard, with access from the front yard; or A parking area in the front yard when there is no alley access and insufficient room to provide vehicle access from the front yard to the rear or side yard. Additional front yard parking spaces may be permitted, to a maximum of two stalls, subject to the review and approval by the Planning and Development Services Department. Residential Parking and Sidewalk Crossing Permit

The Regina Zoning Bylaw No. 2019 provides regulations for the number and location of off-street

residential parking. Vehicles parked on a residential property shall only be parked in approved parkingstalls or on an approved driveway leading up to a garage, carport or legal parking pad located on site.Where the property backs onto a lane, vehicle access to the required parking stall must be from the lane.

Approved parking spaces include:

An attached garage with access from the front yard; or

from the front yard; or
