Resilience Booster Shot for HR Professionals How to stay focused, energized and positive when managing a staff reduction or other challenge Companies often invest in training to rebuild optimism, confidence and engagement for survivors of a downsizing, and these interventions are always delivered after the displacement event is over. Virtually no resources are devoted to bolstering the resilience of HR professionals tasked with the hands-on aspects of a downsizing before and during the event. Human Resources professionals tend to be highly empathetic and caring towards others, and in their drive to care for their colleagues, they often fail to take care of themselves first. This can (and often does) drain their resilience and reduce their effectiveness. In this 45-minute webinar, participants will learn concrete skills to help them feel better and do better in this difficult circumstance.
