36 Units per design. May mix colors and styles of garments to reach minimum order quantity.

First order must accompany a credit card unless credit is pre-approved.Name drops are FREE with a minimum of 36 units unless otherwise specified.

Caps must be a separate order of 36 units.

Additional EMBROIDERED second line under the namedrop add $0.50 ea.

Additional EMBROIDERED namedrop in a different location (i.e. Back of Cap) add $2.00 ea.

Additional PRINTED namedrop in a different location (i.e. Sleeve) add $1.50 ea.

Not included in price of item. We ship UPS Ground, FOB Drexel Hill, PA 19026 unless otherwise specified.

Typically 3 weeks for initial order and 2 weeks for re-orders.

NSF checks are subject to a $30.00 service fee.

Billed at 2% interest per month.

Any design that has embossing is also available without embossing at the next lowest price tier.

Add 50 cents per unit for private labeling. Labels are a separate cost. Please forward artwork for a quote on label costs.

UPC Bar coding is available at 25 cents per unit.

There is a 144 piece minimum order quantity to get a custom design. Colors, styles of shirt, and sizes may be mixed to achieve

the minimum order requirement. There is a 1 time set up fee that varies with the complexity of the design. Because they are run

on different equipment, Caps may not be part of the mix. They will have a separate set up fee and minimum order requirement.

Backorders of 4 pieces or more will shipped within 3 weeks. Less than 4 pieces will be cancelled.

VISA, MASTERCARD, and AMERICAN EXPRESS. A credit card number, current expiration date and security code

is required if faxing or calling in an order unless prior credit application is approved for Net 30 terms. Credit applications

are available on request.

When paying by check,Please make checks payable to:PTM SPORTand mail to P.O. Box 365, Drexel Hill, PA 19026.

Please call customer service directly within 7 days from receipt of order. NO returns will be accepted without a valid

return authorization. All unauthorized returns will be subject to a 10% re-stocking charge.

NO RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED AFTER 30 DAYS.
