Snack time
Children may bring either a piece of fruit / cheese etc for a snack.
Milk is free for all children under five. After this time parents will be sent a
letter to see if you still wish your child to have milk, followed by an invoice.
Alternative drinks may be brought, clearly labelled please!
We are a Healthy School so we encourage healthy lunchboxes.
All children have the opportunity for a fruit snack during the afternoon.

Co-Constructed Learning
Children will be presented with a reading folder when they have
consolidated their ‘Set 1 Sounds’, which includes a ‘Ditty Book’ for them to work through at home. On completion of Ditty Books,
they will bring a traditional ‘Reading Scheme’ book home to
practise with.

We will arrange a meeting with you and your child during an afternoon in Term 1 to discuss how they are settling in to school, and to explain more about
