Please find the corrective actions for the Contractor’s Submittal #17. All activities per Construction Manager have an Activity ID prefix of CM-.

Below are the corrective actions requested:

1) Activity CM01 RAIN DAY 1/10/15 added. Please note that successor cannot be A1260-1 because it is already a predecessor per the direction of the same comment. Predecessor was set to A1260 and successor to A1260-1.

2) Activity changed to “Changed Order #1 – Change in Grading Elevations in Pool Area” and made changes directed by the markup on the PDF.

3) Activity CM02 – Construction Sign added with appropriate activity relationships.4) Activity CM03 – R & A Construction added with appropriate activity relationships.5) Activity CM04 – R & A Fencing added with appropriate activity relationships.6) Made adjustments per the directed reviewer’s comment except for the following:

A1080 – Shoring Engineering – left the actual start date of 9/29/14; it’s our means methods and the submittal process and requirements started back on 9/29/14.

A1460 – The actual start and finish dates will stay the same. The Bottom Inspection on the schedule deals with the activities dealing with Substantial Completion activities. It was the understanding of NDC that for scheduling purposes this schedule was the Final As-Built was for Construction activities and Substantial Completion. Only pending items are closeout activities and the Final Grading Report that will not be completed by NDC.
