Lets share a common story about 2 Students Jitender & Dungra Ram and many more like them who got

into IITs with a rank among Toppers. This was made possible by following a rigorous training schedule &

completely ignoring sports, relaxation, extracurricular activities and social interaction & development - akin

to a situation where a person is being trained like a commando with a single purpose of getting a Top Rank

in IIT-JEE. But what happened to them after getting into IITs ? Almost all such Students struggle to do well

in their respective departments in IITs - showing signs of tiredness and burn-out phenomena in their lives.

Most of such Students are languishing in their Career and are unable to handle their lives effectively.

Though an inspiring & beautiful one, getting into IITs is still only a first step towards a successful life. That
