accidents by over 30% over a 2 year period, through ongoing awareness training and improving the safety culture through creating understandable risk assessments
Creating risk assessments and procedures for all sites within the group, covering topics such as COSHH, lone working, work at height, occupational driving and loading/ unloading all types of delivery vehicles. Implementation of driver development CPC training

INTERESTS
Volunteer worker at Greenside house, Sheffield (Sheltered accommodation for the over 55s), helping residents with dementia/ Alzheimer’s, MS, huntington’s disease and substance abuse. Taking residents for days out and arranging and helping with activities.
In my spare time I enjoy reading, mainly historic novels (fiction and nonfiction) and researching them, at the moment I am reading Denis Wheatley and James Rollins. Travelling abroad on holiday and attempting to scuba dive.
