Process Owner – “Wax and Shelling” Department Production Planning and Controlling. Achieving day/week/month/year planned production with no compromise in quality and delivery of the

products as per targets in the production line. Validation of process for new parts with high quality and optimized cycle times. Effective monitoring and improving of key performance indicators of production. (Safety, Quality, Cost,

Delivery, People). Raw material management (Inventory). Preparation of SOP. Member in Production planning (ERP) and controlling. Corrective actions for internal and customer rejections. Training, motivating and conducting daily/weekly meeting for the operators. Worked as shift in charge in molding department. Improving the overall equipment efficiency (OEE) by enhancing the performance Efficiency, availability,

quality and eliminating losses. Supervising and monitoring of operators – appraisals and mop’s etc. Documentation works - SPC reports, PFMEA, OEE, Control plans etc. Effective utilization of 7 Q.C Tools. Roles & Resposibilites:

Understanding specific customer requirements in terms of product specifications, quantity, delivery, terms & conditions.

Conducting Team Feasibility Committee (TFC) review meeting and Risk analysis with CFT on drawings. Working with Design, Process department and Metallurgical department to translate Product Requirements

into Technical Specifications to enable implementation of new features based on customer needs. Preparing preliminary PFD, Control Plan, and FMEA for the product. Preparing time line charts for developing the samples and communicating the same to customers. Developing prototype samples by using investment casting technology and machining technology by

approaching in APQP methodology, ensuring the cost effective process flow with respect to product cost sheet considerations during RFQ stage.

Conducting MSA and SPC studies. First Article Inspection. Getting sample approval from customers by meeting all customer drawing specifications. Freezing the error free process route for manufacturing the product with no compromise in quality of

customer requirements. Responsible for PPAP production and getting approval from customer for starting of bulk production. Responsible for the planning and technical execution of all necessary Product related tests & other

requirements from first prototypes through product qualification, volume ramp and sustaining. Responsible for analysis of first prototypes, including identification of problems and design marginalities, as

well as understanding their root cause. Responsible for on time delivery of samples. Designing the gating system for various components. Supervise the laboratory and equipment facilities in-house and supplier. Planning the gauges and fixtures as per the product requirements and give the input to design and

manufacturing. Organize and plan weekly meeting with core team to improve the process and sort out the problem. Take care of ECN & DCN changes and validate the DCN /ECN. Modify design of process to meet maximum profit. Prepare statistical reports, PPAP & PFMEA, FAI as per AS9100 & Rev C, ISO 14001. Preparing Work instructions for the processes. Prepare & maintain the documentations and issue document to the concern department. Reporting product status to management, highlighting achievements and risks, and escalating issues as

necessary.
