Responsible for handing incoming material inspection according to material specifications, inspection of piping system as per approved isometric drawings. And ensuring that the fabrication of piping system as per shop and field weld and inspection on the same.

Handling quality check on the material and installation as per quality, specification, drawing Inspection and documentation of piping spools fabrication works.

As a QA/QC Inspector, inspecting all mechanical and Welding activities of High pressure pipeline according to API 1104 & the specification; coordinating with PQR testing, WPS formation conduct performance qualification and good awareness with the portable arc monitoring system.

Managing inspection of automatic internal clamp to make sure that facilitate the gas sealing and purging

requirement as per WPS to avoid oxidization; inspecting automatic GTAW equipment and make sure the guide rings in good condition for machine traveling.

Ensuring dryness and purity of gases and storage, handling, distribution of welding consumable. Monitoring and checking adequacy of joints preparation by verifying the joint dimension, fit-up, weld joint

cleanliness, quality of individual process, placement and sequence of individual weld passes, inter pass cleaning (there is no bimetallic contamination), and inter pass temperature and time intervals in weld cycle.

Involved in the surveillance of welding parameter such as amperage, voltage, polarity, travel speed and welding technique complies with approved procedure; coordinating with a preparation of welding/ mechanical work procedures.

Preparing a hydro-test package & final project documents; carrying out hydro testing of piping system and ensuring that before hydro testing clear A items and after hydro testing clear B items.

Ensuring that field verifies all elevation & dimension prior to the fabrication and installation; inspecting mainline, repairs, tie-in golden welds and make the inspection reports; handling line checking, punch listing and cleaning.
