Initiated creative membership financing programming for needed capital improvements. Montecito Assisted Living, Santa Ana, CAExecutive Director, January, 2009-March, 2011Oversaw all operations and care for 125 bed RCFE with 65 employees and 61 residents.Increased census from 61 residents to 122 in less than one year by marketing the community as one of Orange County’s most affordable facilities in the local area. Began with a Budget of $89,000 and grew it to $192,000 per month. Created an all inclusive system to make it affordable without affecting the quality of resident care. The growth was so successful that we were selected by Doug Louella as one of the most affordable Assisted Living communities in all of Orange County. Supervised a $1MM renovation of the building. Left due to sale of the community and new ownership’s desire to bring in its own management team.
