Handling a business of 21 FTE’s across the Financial Analytics Vertical for 15 Hospitals. Ensuring effective & accurate delivery of services for maximizing customer satisfaction. Hiring closure in accordance with the budgeted FTE strength for the business + New Transition + Attrition Backfill Provide necessary supervision to the entire team. Developing training guidelines for new hires and growth path for the same. Daily/weekly/monthly client calls – briefing the team performance & production. Responsible for goal setting, performance reviews and development plan for all associates Conduct team huddle &feedback sessions for analysts.
