Rewrote By-laws and Architectural Guidelines and parsed all contracts for homeowners association during nine years on the Board of Directors.

Recent Cases:o Saved client up to $130,000 by finding hidden cost accelerators in home improvement contract.o Saved client $5000 by convincing Fairfax County Attorney that back taxes claim was improperly

assessed.
