The aim of this course is to hone your business skills to enhance the performance of the management team. The objectives are to develop insight into the drivers of retail property performance, explore how to effectively apply business concepts to a retail and retailer context, and enhance your key management skills. By the end of this course you should be able to contribute more effectively to the investment performance of the retail property and the performance of the tenants. You will have a sound understanding of retail market trends, tenancy mix and precincting.
