  • French-fried potatoes (formal) are thin strips of potato that have been deep-fried.

5. But we are presenting the French fries, which is prepared by using microwave oven, which contains minute quantity of oil. by spray of oil on dish. So, it containsvery less amount of fat. Even if consumption of our fries daily then also less chances of problem of obesity & cholesterol, which occurred by using formal french-fries. 6. Our fries are also nutritionally contains good amount of protein & carbohydrates. 7. & as a food technologist we are ofcourse take care about production to selling under hygienic condition.
