total. 26 new additions made this year itself.• Store Sizes range from 8000- 15000 sq. feet.

‘Ab Ghar Chalaana Kitna Aasaan’

• Aim to create a blend of a typical Indian Bazaar and International supermarket atmosphere with the objective of giving the customer all the advantages of Quality, Range and Price associated with large format stores and also the comfort to See, Touch and Feel the products.

• The western values of convenience, cleanliness and hygiene are offered through pre packed commodities and the Indian values of "See-Touch-Feel" are offered through the “bazaar-like” atmosphere created by displaying staples out in the open, all at very economical and affordable prices without any compromise on quality.

• The positioning platform of Food Bazaar is based on factors such as the higher discounts and the wholesale price-points which is below MRP.

The store is divided into various sections which help classify the different types of products on offer in the store. They are:

• Farm fresh- all fresh vegetables • Chill station- frozen food and beverages • Golden harvest- food grains like wheat and rice• Chef zone- ready to eat and canned foods• Hungry kya- namkeens and wafers

• Food Bazaar also has its own in house private labels as they realize that private labels are gaining acceptance from the Indian consumers over the years. They currently have private labels in 58 categories.
