Why don’t kangaroos get stressed? This personal resilience masterclass explores why people may be losing their bounce, what might be happening if they do and how to begin to get it back.

We cannot eliminate stress or pressure from life, yet through exploring strategies for bouncing back after challenging times and high pressure, participants can start to build their resilience skills and awareness through this introductory session.

Julie Courtney is a businesswoman, mother and second time wife, and founder of two successful businesses. The Resilience Formula provides resilience training and coaching solutions to the corporate and military sectors while the private practice, The Stress Solution and Energy Clinic offers Tai Chi, QiGong classes, coaching, stress relief and wellbeing programmes tailored to individual needs as well as group training days and retreats.

Having had a highly successful corporate career in the city, southeast Asia and the Middle East, Julie combines her professional background with rich life experiences that enable her to work with a wide range of people from city bankers, stay-at-home mums and dads, young adults trying to leave gang culture behind, to those recovering from cancer or considering a life change and wanting some support during this process.

We cannot eliminate stress or pressure from life, but by building resilience skills we can bounce back after challenging times and high pressure.
