Million Trees Miami goal of 1 million trees planted by
2020 and a 30% tree canopy
Goal: to leverage the County's street tree program by
engaging municipalities, non-profits and community
organizations in planting native or Florida-friendly trees
on Miami-Dade’s corridors and gateways.
Matching grants between $5,000 & $25,000 for native
or Florida-friendly canopy trees on County or local streets
