Introducing the Gidget Brumby Off-Road, a camper with all the unique design features of our well known Bondi and Noosa retro teardrop campers but specifically designed and built so you can enjoy a whole range of camping adventures the USA and Canada has to offer.

The Brumby and Brumby Wild have the body design, features and size of the Gidget Noosa, with the kitchen of a Gidget Bondi all on an off-road engineered chassis and suspension. The checker-plate aluminium underfloor, guards and deflectors are supported by our engineer-designed hot dip galvanised steel chassis built at our factory. Protection bars run the length of the body and kicker boards, and are part of the roof rack system. All these combined mean the Brumby is built to take on the diverse and tough Australian Outback conditions.

PACKED WITH INCLUDED UNIQUE FEATURES It wouldn’t be a Gidget if it didn’t have our unique patented slide-out to Queensize bed lounge conversion solar panel system full width skylight rotating entertainment console, and custom-built

natural timber cabinetry and kitchen.

The Gidget Brumby WILD is a true off-road camper with an all terrain independent coil suspension—upgradeable to air suspension.

The Gidget BRUMBY WILD Off-Road comes standard with a true off-roader CRUISEMASTER ® XT COIL Independent Trailing Arm Suspension with Dual Gas Shock Absorbers. Also upgradeable to the Quad Gas Shock Absorbers. The CRUISEMASTER ® XT COIL—all-terrain independent coil suspension [pictured middle]—is the modern day answer for economical load protection and towability. Softer spring rates help protect both the camper and its contents. Featuring a dual rate system incorporating internal polyurethane bump stops that provide a much higher secondary rate of suspension before the coil spring becomes coil bound. Ideal for harsh conditions, particularly Outback roads.

The Gidget BRUMBY WILD Off-Road can be upgraded to the CRUISEMASTER ® XT AIR all-terrain coil independent trailing arm suspension system [top].

The CRUISEMASTER ® XT AIR provides the ultimate in ride control and load protection. The ability to be manually or automatically adjusted for varying load conditions makes it an ideal suspension for caravans and campers. This feature allows for the caravan or camper to be levelled up on site effortlessly often without the need for height adjusting wheel chocks.

Don’t need the full off-road treatment?Then the Gidget BRUMBY comes standard with Off-Road Leaf Springs, Gas Shock Absorbers and Axle, and can be upgraded to any of three Cruisemaster independent suspension systems—the CRS, the all-terrain XT COIL standard on the Brumby Wild [middle], and the all-terrain XT AIR.

CRUISEMASTER ® CRS [left] is a modern touring caravan suspension suitable for bitumen and those uneven country roads. Suitable for recently graded dirt roads which can be travelled driven to the conditions. It is an independent coil suspension system designed to give low unsprung weight and premium ride and handling.

TREG 360° Off-Road Coupling is standard on both the Gidget Brumby & Brumby WILD models.
