2009 COVERINGS OF REGISTERED MARES:Shows the number of Thoroughbred Mares registered as breeding stock covered bythe stallion during 2009 excluding those mares covered by more than one stallion.Many stallions will, in addition, have covered mares which were not registered asbreeding stock at the time of publication.To become a registered broodmare a mare must be identified, blood/DNA typed andfull ownership details provided. In the case of mares foaled abroad a Passport orExportation Certificate must also have been sent to Weatherbys.
