WELCOME TO CHADWELL HEATH

Chadwell Heath is a suburban area of North East London and now presents an excellent case for investment in property.

It straddles the boundary of the London Borough of Barking and Dagenham and the London Borough of Redbridge, and it is located 12 miles (19 km) northeast of Charing Cross.

With Romford on one side and Ilford on the other and with swathes of regeneration investment arriving, it has made it one of London’s key towns to watch.

CHADWELL HEATH CROSSRAIL

The £15.9 billion Crossrail project will transform transport in London when it opens in 2018, and Chadwell Heath will be one of the stops along the route’s eastern section.

Chadwell Heath station will receive an upgrade in preparation, and will then benefit from increased service frequency – one train every five minutes – and reduced travel times into key central London destinations as well as Reading and London Heathrow Airport.
