The Judgment Day

Revelation 20:11-15 (NKJV)

11 Then I saw a great white throne and Him who sat on it, from whose face the

earth and the heaven fled away. And there was found no place for them. 12

And I saw the dead, small and great, standing before God, and books were

opened. And another book was opened, which is the Book of Life. And

the dead were judged according to their works, by the things which were

written in the books.

13 The sea gave up the dead who were in it, and Death and Hades

delivered up the dead who were in them. And they were judged, each

one according to his works. 14 Then Death and Hades were cast into the

lake of fire. This is the second death. 15 And anyone not found

written in the Book of Life was cast into the lake of fire.

(NKJV) 12 . . . and books were opened. And another

book was opened, which is the Book of Life. And the dead were judged

according to their works, by the things which were

written in the books. 13. . . And they were

judged, each one according to his works.

Secrets Made Known

The Judgment Day

Every deed recorded and made known –

Every secret – Eccl. 12:13,14

Secrets of men judged by Jesus – Rom. 2:16

Every idle word – Mat 12:36

Nothing covered that will not be revealed – Luke 12:1,2

Reveal the counsels of the heart – 1 Cor. 4:5

Hebrews 4:13 (NKJV)

13 And there is no creature hidden

from His sight, but all things are naked

and open to the eyes of Him to whom we must give account.

Judged according to each ones works – Mat 25:31-46; 2 Cor 5:10 Give to each one

according to his works – Rev 2:23

Reward each according to his works – Mat. 16:27;

Render to each according to his deeds - Rom 2:6;

Receive things done in body, good or bad - 2 Cor. 5:10

2 Thessalonians 1:7-10 (NKJV) 7 . . . when the Lord Jesus is revealed from

heaven with His mighty angels, 8 in flaming fire taking vengeance on those

who do not know God, and on those who do not obey the gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ. 9 These shall be punished with

everlasting destruction from the presence of the Lord and from the glory of His

power, 10 when He comes, in that Day, to be glorified in His saints and to be admired among all those who believe, because our

testimony among you was believed.

Will Come!!!

The day of judgment will Be Inescapable!!!

All Things Will Be Made Known –

It Will Be According To Truth – John 12:48

It Will Be Final –

What If It Was Today? Not a trial – No

excuses – No second chance – Hebrews 9:27

If you were called to meet your Lord today – where would you be for all eternity????

What If It Was Today? Have you obeyed the

gospel? – Mark 16:16; Acts 2:38

Are you living faithfully for the Lord? – Hebrews 3:14; 6:11; 10:26-30

Today is the day of salvation – 2 Cor. 6:2
